Role: Senior Pega Developer

🧩 Key Responsibilities
Lead Pega development efforts across full-stack teams, ensuring robust architecture and scalable solutions.
Design and implement workflows using Pega PRPC, including case life cycles, data models, UI/UX, and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders (product owners, QA, business analysts) to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.
Optimize performance and security, including error handling, caching, and API integrations.
Drive automation and testing, using frameworks like JUnit or Cucumber in Agile environments.
🛠️ Required Skills and Expertise
Pega CSSA certification (Certified Senior System Architect) is typically mandatory.
8+ years of BPM experience, with at least 6 years in Pega development.
Strong command of Pega PRPC, including rules, flows, activities, decision tables, and integrations.
Familiarity with Linux scripting (Shell, Python, Perl) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with BDD testing frameworks, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Ability to lead technical design sessions, troubleshoot issues, and guide architecture decisions.
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, LSA) depending on seniority level.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade Pega applications.
