I discovered a new way to create these flowing color videos, and it has turned into what feels like the most relaxing form of mindfulness I've ever done.

Unlike many videos where yours just seeing colored light, these patterns, swirls, designs, and colors are not randomly computer generated, or just another piece of content online create by AI.

Rather, each is created by me, with specific colors, movements, flows, and so much more.

Some represent feeling and emotions, some hopes and dreams. Some of these come to me inspired by songs (as in I sit there for an hour straight listening on repeat, and watch the beauty unfold beneath my finger tips).

Each of these, is a unique representation of how I see and feel the world around me, and I am truly happy to get to share that.
