Resep Baked Broccoli & Cheese (untuk 5-6 porsi)
Bahan:
250 gr kentang, potong kotak, rebus
4 bonggol brokoli
Bahan saus keju:
3 sdm mentega
3 sdm tepung terigu protein sedang
400 ml susu
20 gr keju parmesan
35 gr keju mozarella
½ sdt garam
⅓ sdt merica
1 butir telur
Bahan garlic butter:
3 sdm mentega
5 siung bawang putih, cincang
½ sdt parsley kering
½ sdt garam
⅓ sdt merica
Topping:
Keju parmesan
Keju mozarella
Langkah:
1. Potong brokoli, rendam dengan air garam selama 5 menit
2. Bilas hingga dua kali kemudian kukus selama 6-8 menit
3. Untuk saus keju, panaskan wajan masukkan mentega dan tepung, masak hingga sedikit berubah warna dan wangi
4. Masukkan susu, aduk rata lalu tambahkan keju parmesan, keju mozarella, garam, dan merica, aduk kembali lalu pindahkan ke mangkuk
5. Setelah dingin, masukkan telur, aduk rata
6. Untuk garlic butter, campurkan mentega, bawang putih, parsley, garam, dan merica, aduk rata
7. Siapkan wadah anti panas, susun kentang, brokoli, saus keju, garlic butter, dan taburkan keju di atasnya
8. Panggang dalam mode grill selama 30 menit dengan suhu 160 derajat

Baked Broccoli & Cheese Recipe (yield 5-6 servings)
Ingredients:
250 g potato, diced, boiled
4 pc broccoli
Cheese Sauce ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
400 ml milk
20 g parmesan cheese
35 g mozzarella cheese
½ tsp salt
⅓ tsp pepper
1 pc egg
Garlic Butter ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
5 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp salt
⅓ tsp pepper
Toppings:
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Steps:
1. Slice the broccoli. Soak in salted water for 5 minutes.
2. Rinse twice, then steam for 6-8 minutes.
3. For the Cheese Sauce, heat the pan and add butter and flour. Cook until yellowed and fragrant.
4. Add milk. Mix well, then add parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Stir and transfer to a bowl.
5. Once it cools, add the egg in and mix well.
6. For the Garlic Butter, combine the butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
7. Prepare a heatproof bowl. Arrange the potatoes, broccoli, Cheese Sauce, and Garlic Butter. Sprinkle cheese on top.
8. Bake on Grill mode for 30 minutes at 160℃.
9. Baked Broccoli & Cheese is ready to serve.
