I've met up with Alexandra Belle again, after I didn't saw or had spoken with her for many months.

This time we had a conversation about her sex change operation and how she transformed from being a ladyboy in to a transgender woman. The official term for this operation is: Gender Reassignment Surgery.

It was her idea to do the interview on the grass in a very quiet but pleasant Lumpini park in Bangkok, Thailand. She felt so relaxed that she even did the interview barefoot! Amazing Thailand!
