As the founder of Men Becoming Better Men Coaching and host of the Men Becoming Better Men Podcast, Bob serves as a guiding force for men who feel lost and disconnected by empowering them with tools and support to engineer a life they love - full of joy, meaning, and connection.

After his life was upended by an extremely painful divorce that nearly destroyed his relationship with his children. Bob decided to dedicate himself to learning how to systematically re-engineer his life and transform his mindset to create powerful and transformational results.

What he discovered in the process changed his life forever.

Now with four kids, and happily remarried, Bob's journey from despair to fulfillment has become a beacon of hope and a testament to the transformative power of self-reflection, accountability. coaching. and personal responsibility.
