Problem is, we don't find concentration in right subject. It is not that we don't get concentration at all. It is easy on things which are not required or desired. Kids watch cartoon movies with utmost concentration but feel asleep if they sit to read, or they feel like running away, they feel itching here and there - somehow they can't concentrate. But if the sit to watch a serial, watch cartoon or if they are playing, they get full concentration. Why they get it there and don't get it here? This is the question to be asked. Concentration is the key! Where there is concentration, success is but natural. From a student who is studying to a yogi who is meditating, concentration leads to success. Even in a war! If concentration is lost even for a moment in war that can cost him his life! Same is the case with driving. Loss of concentration can result in accident! This is important. Why does it not come in places where it is required? If you look for an answer you will notice it comes where there is love, where there is interest. Where we feel there is happiness there we get concentration. If we really get happiness in worshiping God, if we are really interested in it - if we are really performing his worship, concentration comes naturally. So, for those who complain they can't concentrate on God, answer is "Love God! Concentration comes naturally." Mother loves the child, she concentrates her mind on the child. Her gaze follows the child wherever it goes. Even when the child is not in front of her vision, her mind is preoccupied with the child. If child has fever, mother loses her good nights sleep to care for the kid. Where did she get such concentration? Out of love! So, love has to be there. We can't create love artificially. But love towards God is already there on beings inherently. There may be a glossy cover over it, it may be shaded by an eclipse. Move the cover aside and you will find love there. That is the way forward, look within and see whether you have love towards God. If it is not there, develop it. That is the way to attain concentration.
