My Latte Workflow using the BBP and Niche Zero. The two blank shots in the beginning using a pressurized basket is for getting the Bambino Plus up to a proper extraction temp. The PID only extracts at proper temperatures when it senses back pressure. I found that 1 blank shot gets the water up to 199-201F while 2 shots gets me to 202-205F (the shorter the shot the lower the temp).
