How to paint an ocean beach|Acrylic painting tutorial| Reflective sand | seascape painting tutorial

Welcome back !

Let’s paint some reflective sand and a beautiful beach. I am using a photo reference from an amazing photographer named Bebe Booth. She takes some of the most beautiful photos of the ocean! So a big thank you to her for fueling my painting inspiration 💜 this will be a full time acrylic painting tutorial. This was painted on using a 16 by 16 inch canvas. I used gesso with a little bit of raw umber mixed in to tone it.

The colors I used:

Ultramarine blue
Cobalt teal
Cerulean blue
Quinacridone magenta
Burnt sienna
Indian yellow
Portrait pink
White

The brushes I used:

1 inch soft flat brush
Small flat brush
Liner brush for detail and or small round brush
