This channel was created from a personal need. I work daily from my home office and, with ADHD, I needed visual environments that felt calming, spacious, and non distracting… something that could sit quietly in the background while I focused, without pulling my attention away.

Each sanctuary is designed to support deep work, gentle concentration, and long stretches of focused time. Some videos will feature natural ambient sounds only, while others will include soft, unobtrusive music, offering options depending on how you work or study.
