Day 2 — Health Insurance in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 & Trade Shows

Today was split between business momentum and real-life logistics.

1. Trade Shows & Industry Awareness
Trader Joe’s conferences and trade shows are actually a great way to understand what an industry is actively looking for right now. I’m heading to one at the end of January, which will make this my third trade show in about two months 😅.

Trade shows are underrated. People actually want to talk, exchange ideas, and give honest feedback. If you’re exhibiting, they’re also a solid place to generate real leads. There’s something valuable about being in a room where curiosity is expected.

2. Health Insurance in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
This isn’t about healthcare quality or outcomes — this is purely logistics.

I’ve been trying to figure out what health insurance I even had. Mordy handled all of that, and I never needed the details. I recently learned that the last insurance I thought I had is no longer active. Mordy switched us off it in March, but I don’t know which provider he moved us to — or if it was prepaid, month-to-month, or no longer active at all.

So for now, I’m operating as if I’m starting completely from scratch and rebuilding everything step by step.

That was Day 2.
