In this talk, Luna comes to the defense of freedom of speech as she explores the different reasons we tell people to shut up, while also addressing some of the many consequences of staying silent. As someone in love with the art of debate, Luna, a sophomore at ASB, loves talking. Having lived in five different countries, she has been exposed to differences in culture and how they can impact conversation. Whether she's talking about pop culture or politics with her friends--or applying her debate skills in conversations with her parents--Luna never shuts up!
