Welcome to our channel! 🎉 We're Johan and Lanette, and we're excited to share our journey as we embark on a unique adventure around the world 🌍 on the Odyssey with Villa Vie Residences! 🛳️✨

Meet Us:
Johan was born and raised in Sweden 🇸🇪 and has lived on Maui 🌺 for the last 25 years.
Lanette was born in California 🌴, raised in Arizona 🌵, and has lived on Maui for the past 9 years.

Our New Home:
We bought a cabin for $100k 💰 on the Odyssey by Villa Vie Residences.
Our monthly maintenance fees are $3500, which includes all-inclusive amenities:
🍽️ Food
🍷 2 alcoholic drinks with lunch and dinner (we can bring our own alcohol on board)
🧺 Laundry and cleaning service twice a week
🏋️‍♂️ Gym
🏓 Pickleball court
🔭 Observatory
💻 Business center with guaranteed wifi connectivity through Starlink and Viasat 3.
🏥 There will be a doctor and dentist on board with free initial consultations and services at international prices.
💇‍♀️ A salon on board offers hair, nail, and spa services.

Our Journey:
We are guaranteed at least 15 years on this ship ⏳, with the potential for 20+ years.
We will circumnavigate the world 🌍, visiting 147 countries 🌐, 425 destinations 📍, 7 continents 🌎, and 100 islands 🏝️ every 3.5 years.

We can get off the ship anytime, rent or sell our cabin, and have friends and family visit for $33 per person all-inclusive. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
Cabins can be rented for segments without purchase. 🛳️


Current Status:
Our departure was postponed from May 15th to May 30th, and we will now embark from Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Due to a delay in drydock, Villa Vie is putting us on a 7-day cruise through the Norwegian fjords from Southampton, then flying and housing us in Belfast until we sail on May 30th.
Today, we are heading to Southampton from Phoenix, and we're packed and ready to start this new life and adventure.
