after talking with my buddy last night , I told him what the freedom II was doing in the wind, and he found a formula that shows what size the tail and vain needs to be to match the dia of the blades. the formula showed the tail needed to be at least 570 sq inches to keep the blades facing into the wind so I went down to the metal shop and had a tail cut out of some 24x36 inch stock. this is much larger then the 570 sq inches we require but its a starting point for testing. the best amp input so far with it has been 16.4
