Rules Clarifications from the designer himself!:
*) Robokid actually does have a limit on the number of resources in his Pack - per Fort Level as usual.
*) Robokid's made-up rule stays facedown so you do not know what it is until the end-game scoring (though if you upgraded your Fort first, you will know which two cards he might have chosen from).
