Deepavali festival is amla season. We must use hill/jungle/local small variety amlas as much as possible. Because they have more health benefits. These improve our overall health, health of heart, balances sugar level, improves digestive system etc. Not only about amlas, but this video also gives the message regarding save trees and save nature. Here we show a Lehya by using gooseberries.

Ingredients:
Jungle amla : 1 kg
Jaggery: 1&1/4 kg
Black pepper: 3 spoon
Stars : 2
Cinnamon: 2 inches
cumin seeds: 1.5 spoon
Cloves: 13-15
Cardamom: 10
Ginger powder: 3 spoon
Water
