Wood plastic mixing machine
Wood plastic mixing machine is used for mixing plastic granules or flakes, wood powder, and chemical additives. the mixer is a high speed mixer which can ensure the material fully mixed.

WPC granules extrusion line
WPC granules extrusion line is specially used to produce wood-plastic composite granules. WPC granules extrusion line can efficiently utilize waste materials such as wood and plastic, and convert these waste materials into high-quality composite particles through extrusion and granulator. WPC granules can be used to produce a variety of products such as outdoor furniture, garden landscaping materials, and building materials.

WPC profile extrusion line
WPC profile extrusion line is for making varies outdoor PE WPC products. Such as floor board, fence, cladding, bench, column, post, pallet, wall panel etc. WPC granules are fed into the hopper of the extruder. The extruder plasticizes the mixture through high temperature and pressure, and then extrudes it through a die into a profile of the desired shape. Finally, after cooling and cutting, the finished wood plastic profile is obtained. Co-extrusion is optional for making better wpc products with anti-weather layer.

Surface treatment machine
The WPC products can be processed for surface treatment by embossing machine, sanding machine and brushing machine. We have both online embossing machine and offline embossing machine. Online embossing machine can make very deep 3D embossing pattern, so it is good accepted by customers. If customers like rough touching feeling of WPC surface, then sanding and brushing machine can work for it.
