We’ve taken a break from our Isan food series to celebrate Christmas, but there’s no turkey on the table today. Instead, we’re diving into a Thai street food feast featuring a whole spit-roast pig at the incredible Moo Han Than Ong (หมูหันท่านอ๋อง)

🍗 Not only is the roast pork here some of the best I’ve had anywhere, but the gai ob ong (clay pot-roasted chicken) is also next-level. And to kick up the heat, we paired these dishes with a fiery tum taeng (cucumber som tum) because we can't have roast meat in Thailand without a som tum!
