New deadly minibosses have started spawning in Tier 8 delves and they are so difficult, you probably just want to skip them.

New Zekvir Minibosses in Tier 8
In yesterday's hotfix notes, Blizzard announced that new mobs would be appearing in Tier 8 delves. These were previously on Tier 9+, but have now entered Tier 8 as well. Some of them are so difficult, you're better off just skipping past them.

There is one of these minibosses in every Delve that is level 8+.
Tala and Velo
Tala and Velo have around 31.5M health each and have a lot of different abilities.
Tala is a caster and spams Web Blast at a baseline, hitting for 1.5M per cast. They also cast:
Tala's Voidshell which reduces damage taken by 99% while active.
Venom Volley which is interruptable. If not interrupted does 1.5M damage, applying a poison that does 750k ticks every 2 seconds for 12 seconds.
Velo uses melee attacks using Void Slice to deal ~430k damage and applying a magic debuff that absorbs ~500k healing. They also cast:
Grasping Darkness which is an interruptable cast dealing ~3M damage.
Essentially, because of the shield, players are effectively forced into killing Velo first which likely gives them threat. This means that they get a nice healing absorb from Void Slice and then have to decide between kicking two spells, one of which does 3M damage up front, and the other which deals a total of 6M damage over 12 seconds (if no poison dispel). This is a lot of health and I highly suggest not even bothering to kill these minibosses.
Kas'dru and Venombite
Venombite and Kas'dru are another duo miniboss. Venombite has 23.1M health and Kas'dru has 34.7M health.

The main thing to note is the Kas'dru cannot be stunned or interrupted via Mounted Defense until Venombite dies which is unfortunate, because of his abilities:
Venom Volley can be interrupted unless Venombite is still alive. This deals 1.5M damage, applying a poison that does 750k ticks every 2 seconds for 12 seconds.
Interrupting Shout cannot be interrupted and deals 1M damage and interrupts any active casts.
Then there's Venombite who doesn't actually have a lot of health and can and should be bursted down:
Evasive Dance increases dodge and spell dodge chance by 75% for 8 seconds. Hope you burst it down before this is cast!
Venom Bite also has an interruptable cast which applies a poison dealing more damage over time.
If you're geared, this one is more doable because the mount doesn't have a lot of health. It's also way easier if you have a Poison dispel since most of the damage on this encounter is from Poison DoTs.
Anub'vir and Guards
Anub'vir doesn't have a lot of health, only 23.1M but he's surrounded by his guards: 3 Armored Shellguard, 2 Nerubian Webcaster, 1 Nerubian Oracle.

This is likely the easiest one to deal with because the pack isn't linked (you can pull Anub'vir separately from his guards) and they each have one ability only. Ideally, you want to pull as few of them as possible together and if you can get Anub'vir solo, then this pack is a breeze. You also ideally want the Oracle solo, or killing it first. Doing it together is very difficult.
Anub'vir: Impaling Spikes. Players will have to dodge 3 waves of swirlies on the ground.
Nerubian Oracle: spam casts Zekvir's Verve healing all nearby mobs by 4% every 4 seconds.
Armored Shellguards: Shellguard. This is a channel that reduces damage taken of an ally by 75% and can be stopped.
Nerubian Webcaster: Web Bolt. Your standard bolt that does about 1M a cast.
Skipping Minibosses
Taken from Mythic+ tech, these minibosses are teaching Delvers how to skip mobs in Mythic+ as well! Here's some of the most common ways to skip:
Invisibility Potion: Invisibility potions such as Potion of the Hushed Zephyr Potion of the Hushed Zephyr have a 5 minute cooldown and can be used to walk through mobs without pulling them. It's important to note that Anub'vir has Truesight which means that Invisibility potions won't work against him!
Death Run: If the miniboss isn't on an objective, you can just run to the next checkpoint and die. Blizzard gave you a free life yesterday for hitting a Checkpoint, might as well use it!
Burst Down Objective: If the miniboss is unfortunate to spawn on an objective, there are two options. First, you can try bursting down the objective and then dying and using an above method, or just reset the instance and try to hope for a better miniboss/spawn location.
