Ingredients You Need

1 Pomegranate
2 Bags White Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Sea Salt

Melt the Chocolate over a small pot of water which is simmering on low. While melting the Chocolate, stir often in order to NOT burn the Chocolate.

Remove the Chocolate from the burner now and stir in half of the Pomegranate Seeds. Stir until all of the seeds are covered.

Spread the mixture onto a Parchment lined Baking sheet and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle on the remaining Pomegranate seeds and press in gently with clean hands. At this point sprinkle on the Sea Salt as well.

Refrigerate until the Pomegranate Bark has set very well, at least an hour.

Cut into different size pieces.
