This is from my channel @jenniferchase6348 that includes playlists from 5 original albums and singles and this playlist of covers "Table for 1 Friday Night Covers" playlist . I bought this album when it came out more than 3.5 decades ago. Edie Brickell and the New Bohemians' Shooting Rubber Bands at the Stars is as meaningful now as it was then - but in a VERY different way. I highly recommend listening to the whole album SRBatS from start to finish. I have no clue why they brand her as a one-hit wonder. She's not. What I Am? is a great tune, but so are all the pieces on this album.
Just sayin.

This cover goes out to my timeless- little beauty- daughter, Chels, the day after she turned 36 who I didn't even know then, but who used to love this song and sing it all the time when she was in kindergarten.
