As Channel 4 begins its move north, director of programmes Ian Katz faces questions from BBC News presenter Anita Anand about the biggest organisational change in Channel 4 history, its impact on creativity and the challenges and opportunities created by the move.

In a year that's included Leaving Neverland, Brexit: The Uncivil War, The Circle and Catch-22, we ask whether Katz's passion for news and current affairs has translated into other genres, how he's adapting to the SVOD challenge, and whether he feels he's lived up to his promise to 'dial up the difference.'
