First Christmas video in 2021!
This is the first time ever i use traditional colors to dress up my tree just because we have a new black couch and more warm toned furnitures in our house now. So i figured it's time for a change and go back to basic.

Do you know the modern Christmas tree, though, originated in western Germany? And was then popularized in the mid-19th century by German-born Prince Albert, husband of Queen Victoria when he put up a Christmas tree at Windsor Castle in 1848. Christmas tree became a tradition throughout England, the United States, and Canada.The Victorian tree was decorated with toys and small gifts, candles, candies, popcorn strings, and fancy cakes hung from the branches by ribbons and by paper chains.

I didn't use any christmas ball on the tree this year and i absolutely love the idea of hand making most of the them, it just add so much warmth and for us to treasure for years! And for good reason, the memories they hold are priceless! These precious little things dont just spruce up the tree for us, they can be just as meaningful.

I find these ornaments are organic, fun to make, nice to eat, aesthetically beautiful to look at, and.. did i mentioned they are zero waste too?
It gives me that victorian old and vintage vibe which i love so much.
