The building is in its unfinished state, restored following the Umbrian construction type with exposed beams, joists and terracotta tiles. The house can be modified to make it suitable to one’s needs in terms of openings and internal layout. Being in the unfinished state, you have the opportunity to choose the finishing materials according to your own taste. The external part is also very interesting, as there is a large flat area in front of the house of about 3000 sqm where it is possible to create a beautiful garden and a swimming pool.
