We will work for 40 seconds with 10 seconds of rest for 2 rounds. I am using my 15, 20 and 25# dumbbells and mini-band, but as always do what works best for you!

1. Deadlift
2/3. Leg ext
4/5. SLDL
6. Wide deadlift then squat
7/8. Prone leg lift
9/10. Quadruped leg abd
11/12. Glute bridge
