Delicious, fast, flavorful and tasty, everything you can ever imagine...

Ingredients:
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup onion (thinly sliced)
1½ tsp garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli
1¼ tsp coriander
¾ tsp turmeric
½ tsp cumin
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1¼ tsp salt
1½ pounds salmon belly
¾ cups hot water (as required)
4-5 green chillies
¾ tsp roasted cumin
1 tbsp coriander (chopped)

Instructions:
1. Firstly, drizzle cooking oil into a pan, add onions and saute until light brown.
2. Put in garlic paste, red chilli, coriander, turmeric, cumin and saute for 3-5 minutes (add a bit of water if needed).
3. Add tomatoes and salt into the pan whilst continuously mixing, then place the lid on and cook for 3 minutes on low heat.
4. After 3 minutes, add in the salmon belly and mix gently.
5. Then pour in hot water, sprinkle green chillies, roasted cumin and coriander - cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
6. Ready to be served!
