This video is the result of the fix. Super glued a nickel to compensate for worn rubber that resulted in teeth not fully disengaging. Simple solution found from this video    • Samsung Clothes Washer grinding noise fixe...   . While not the same model, same issue. No need to take anything apart as described in these videos. Tilt dryer on side and glue piece of change (penny if you're real cheap and trying to save 4 cents) where the worn rubber piece makes contact that is highlighted in the above videos.
