✅ Eligibility:

1–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, or lead generation roles.

💼 Role Overview:

Run outbound campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Calls to engage manufacturing and sourcing prospects.

Research and segment accounts using firmographic and intent signals in collaboration with GTM engineers.

Craft and execute hyper-personalized outreach sequences by persona, industry, and geography.

Persistently follow up to book discovery calls and ensure seamless handover to Account Executives.

Keep CRM (HubSpot) squeaky clean and updated.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Run multi-channel outbound campaigns to engage B2B leads.

Personalize messaging based on industry, role, and region.

Maintain and manage CRM (HubSpot) with accurate data.

Track and optimize outreach metrics (open, reply, conversion rates).

Suggest improvements to messaging, tools, and strategy.

Work closely with marketing and GTM teams for alignment.

🧠 Skills & Qualifications:

1–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise lead gen roles.

Excellent spoken and written English; bonus for regional language fluency (Tamil, Bengali).

Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and automation tools.

Comfortable reaching out to and engaging CXO-level stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with curiosity about business workflows and problems.

Self-driven, proactive, and thrives in dynamic environments.
