I struggled with binge eating for 20+ years, but I was completely able to quit when I was on a carnivore diet for 1.5 years.

I'm certain that I'd still be binge free had I simply stayed on a carnivore diet, but adding other foods ultimately led me back to the pit of desperation and binge eating.

I still have 4 months to go to reach my weight loss goal, and I've decided that my only option is to go back to a completely carnivore way of eating.
