Paladin is in an awkward situation leading into the Ignition update. It's no longer the best mobbing warrior, with Destiny, and it is now, no longer the tankiest warrior, with Ignition.

It is rapidly losing its identity as the game updates, to the point, it's only remaining claim to fame, is being the Tankiest class in the game. Which surely, they won't also take from her. COPIUM

Paladin is pretty much the epitome of an 'Average' class. Its mobbing isn't insane, frankly it was outright bad prior to the Erda Fountain changes, and it's bossing is Inoffensive as far as warriors go. It's beyond beginner friendly, but then again, post Destiny, which explorer warrior isn't?

Paladin has one of my favorite aesthetics in the game, alongside Bishop, but it really isn't bringing the Holy Smiting to the table. All of its skills are functional, and do what they are designed to do, but there is no 'X-Factor' to any of its skills to draw people in.

Party bossing is Paladin's bread and butter, being a supportive-tank warrior, and it still performs there masterfully. However, in solo-play, which, a lot of the game is. Paladin is falling behind the competition.

Paladin could use some love. Some minor buffs here or there. Possibly 5th V will be all it needs to rise back up and take its spot back from Mihile, but only time will tell.
