The fish were locked down and refusing to bite… until wildfire smoke from the Lake Cushman fire rolled in and blocked out the sun. That’s when everything changed. The bass suddenly turned on, and the only thing they would eat was a drop shot. In this video, I show how I used my best drop shot setup yet to unlock a tough summer bite during wildfire conditions.
