DEARBORN COUNTY, Ind. (WKRC) - A judge heard from angry parents during a sentencing hearing for confessed child molester Steven Rekowski October 13.

Mothers and a father of seven molested children had to hear about the child sex photos and videos found on Rekowski's cellphone. In some of the photos, the children as young as four appeared to be drugged.

Rekowski was arrested after a friend borrowed his cellphone and saw him in a sex act with a 4-year-old girl. She made him tell the girl's mother who held him in the laundry room until police arrived. He was arrested on New Year's Day.

Dearborn County Prosecutor Aaron Negangard said, "We found a duffel bag full of children's underwear in a storage bin, often keep trophies of children molested that would indicate multiple victims."

Rekowski pleaded guilty to child sex charges involving the seven children on June 6, including child molesting and child exploitation. Local 12 News tried to talk to Rekowski after he heard the parents in court. He would not comment.

He will have another chance to speak when he's sentenced. Rekowski is facing up to 170 years.
