As you know, we have tons of food trucks in the New Braunfels area. And living in south, central Texas, we have tons of tacos! But Papi Grande makes his tacos with love….and delicious flavors! 😋

Amber and Luis have tons of experience in the restaurant industry, but the reason their food truck is so extraordinary is because their the perfect blend of delicious cooking and business management - Amber works the business side, while Papi handles all the cooking! The perfect yin and yang!

Y’all, we tried their two top selling tacos - the birria tacos and the tacos al pastor - and they were both AMAZING! Cheesy goodness and tons of flavor in the birria tacos. And perfectly cooked pork paired with the sweet hint of pineapple. They also have tons of options for kids (or those that aren’t as adventurous) like cheese or steak quesadillas.
