Primos: Disney's Most Hated

Around a year ago, Disney showed off a teaser for their new upcoming animated series: Primos. And everyone hated it so much due to many insensitive aspects of it that Disney was pressured into delaying the show indefinitely with no word on its return. What happened to Primos, and what exactly led us here? How could a show that hasn't even seen an official release yet instantly become one of the most despised cartoons Disney have ever produced?
