You may know me as a strength-training-lover now, but back in the day running was a HUGE part of my life! Prior to having kids (which feels like another lifetime) I spent my free time training for marathons. Now my runs look more like casual stroller jogs to the park with three kids in tow

But once a week I try to get out for a solo run. Running is my "me time" - something I do when I need to clear my head or spark new creative ideas for a work project.

BEST RUNNING SHORTS: Fast and Free Shorts. Fun fact: I ordered these last year and didn’t love them. But I tried them again this year...and I’m OBSESSED. So comfortable, lightweight and great for athletic thighs.
BEST RUNNING BRA: Energy Bra. This is just a classic for a reason. It comes in a medium support and higher support option for sizes B-DDD.
BEST RUNNING SHOE: Beyondfeels!! This is a new find for me but I LOVE them - they’re so comfortable mile after mile and I love them for walks with the kids too!
