Hi, welcome to Australian Trains by RaySha1811. I predominately film trains but have been known to point a camera at anything I find interesting. Pacific Nationals AM5 services seem to be the ones I catch the most. Travelling from Adelaide to Melbourne they generall pass through in the mornings, making them easier for me to see. On this occasion, 3AM5 had 4 Pacifoc national liveried locomotives and 9408-9406-9402-NR54 formed the consist. I found out later that NR88 was on this service but had been removed to assist another PacNat service that had become distressed. I'm not certain of the details.

Most of the freight services I capture are running Standard Gauge, and a small few are Broad Gauge. The passenger services I get are predominantly Broad Gauge and a small few (The Overland, Great Southern etc) are standard gauge.

DG = Dual Gauge.
SG = Standard Gauge (1435mm/4’ 8 1/2”)
