They don't make them like these anymore! This is a short clip from the action-packed adventure Dinosaur movie The Land that Time Forgot (1974), made long before the modern jurassic / dinousaur movies came to exist. This style of movie-making, with its effects techniques straight 'from the past', seems to be lost today and perhaps to the future. Nevertheless, many viewers still enjoy it all the same. The story, told from its World War I era setting, helps to add elements of 'past and mystery' to the film and in fact, the story and the way it's told does help to make up for the obvious lackings visible in the creature-effects department. Children still love it.
