Ingredients List

Hung Curd (Dahi): 200 g
Paneer: 150 g (grated)
Chile Walnuts: 2 tbs (chopped)
Ginger: 1 small piece (finely chopped)
Green Chilies: (finely chopped, to taste)
Onion: 1 medium size (finely chopped)
Capsicum: 1 (finely chopped)
Coriander (Cilantro): (finely chopped)
Besan (Chickpeas Flour): 1.5 tbs (roasted, for binding)
Salt: To taste
Sugar: 1 pinch (for balance/sweetness)
Fresh Bread Crumbs: For coating
Oil: For shallow frying

Recipe-
Take 200 gm hung curd in a mixing bowl.
Grate 150 gm paneer.
Add a small piece of ginger finely chopped, green chillies finely chopped, 1 medium size of onion finely chopped, 1 capsicum finely chopped & coriander finely chopped.
For binding, add 1.5 tbs roasted besan (chickpeas flour).
Some salt and for sweet and 2 tbs chopped walnuts for crunch.
Mix everything well, keep the mixture in the fridge for 15 min.
Now apply some oil in your palm, and take a small portion of mixture and give tikki like shape.
Make sure kebabs are not very thick.
Now coat these kebabs in fresh bread crumbs.
Shallow fry on a medium flame till you get nice golden color on each side.
Tasty Dahi Ke Kebab are ready, serve them with spicy coriander chutney.
