Here's another cooking video where I take a tenderloin from the biggest buck I ever shot, spice it up with a little Tony Chachere's Original Creole Spices, Wrap it in North Country Smokehouse's Apple-wood smoked Bacon and slow cook it on the grill @ 250 F for just a little too long. ( go 15 Min Max. ) Still pretty dang good !
