QANTAS A380 QF1 Economy Class - Sydney to London via Singapore, Qantas First Lounges (OCT 2023) (4K)

Once again, I am making my way to Switzerland via London for the Axalp Swiss Air Force Display in the Alps.

After checking in, it was time to enjoy the Qantas First Lounge at Sydney Airport.

Time for a late lunch, Salt & Pepper Squid, Grain Fed Beef Cheeseburger and a Signature Pavlova... then some time to chill out before boarding the flight.

VH-OQG was the A380-800 taking us to Singapore, then London.

As usual, plenty of food on offer, and for Economy, it was all very good and tasty.

I also managed to score the entire row of 4 seats (Row 88) which allowed some sleep time lying down.

Flight left on time, arriving early in to Singapore.

Got to spend some time in the Singapore Qantas First Lounge, enjoying some Salt and Pepper Squid (Sydney's was better)... & the Signature Laksa with Crawfish.

Managed to score the whole back row again to myself, and managed to get a solid 8hrs sleep.

Plenty of food & drink available, and an awesome crew made this 14hr flight go by very quickly.

The flight was originally due to arrive slightly earlier than scheduled, but bad weather around London Heathrow put an end to that, with a few loops in a holding pattern we made it.

Now for the crazy scramble to get to T5 for a flight to Geneva.
