[WR] Greater Germany in 21 minutes! - Vic2 Speedrun RTA NS5

This was a long time coming! It's over 1.5 years since I last did a real-time speedrun for this category, which was incredibly unoptimized. Since then it was beaten by Lepod, whose run was a lot better but still far from optimized. So now finally I managed to get a run I can actually be reasonably proud of, beating the previous world record by over 10 minutes, and my old PB by almost 20 minutes! :D
