Hurricane Helene Preparedness | Bradford County

We are continuing to monitor for changing conditions, to include high winds and rain, from the impacts of Hurricane Helene. We encourage our visitors and residents to take this storm serious and ensure that you are prepared.

For those who need sandbags, they will continue to be available today. Self-serve sites are available at four Bradford County Solid Waste Collection Sites today through 6:00 PM, to include the site in Starke on Old Lawtey Road, NW CR 229, SW CR 18, and Lawtey. Additionally, a site is set up in the City of Starke across from Edwards Road Sports Complex. Bags are provided but please bring your own shovel.
