In less than two generations, physical activity has dropped by 20% in the U.K. and 32% in the U.S. In China, the drop is 45% in less than one generation. Vehicles, machines and technology now do our moving for usYou have to STAND HEAD ON and FACE THIS VIRUS with FAITH if you’re going to make it--- DON’T BACK DOWN--- START MOVING FORWRAD! Fear is an ILLUSION. Scientists and doctors and psychologists have discovered that MOVEMENT truly is LIFE – it literally changes your mental and emotional and physical state for the better--- the more the move the less depressed you are, the more you move the less arthritis affects you…Humans are meant to move… The body contributes far more to our lives than just physical attributes such as strength and endurance - it plays a major role in emotions, learning and relationships. The body is intimately involved in all our thought processes, understanding, emotions and decision making. The mind and body are inseparable…

1---MOVE with FAITH---Hebrew 11:1-30 -- 4 lepers, noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, paul, esther
2---MOVE with OBEDIENCE – if GOD told you to do it, then do it—don’t wait – LOT and his wife and family--- Genesis 19:12, 16-26---GENESIS 22:1-19 --- move with obedience—GOD will provide
3----MOVE with COMPASSION--- 2 KINGS 7:6-17 // Matthew 9:36, Matthew 15:32, Matthew 8:3, Matthew 20:34 ---WHO CAN YOU LOVE----WHO CAN YOU REACH----WHO CAN YOU SERVE… ??? WE CAN’T KEEP THIS TO OURSELVES-- we’ve got to share this---someone needs what you have--- a neighbor--
4----MOVE IN SURRENDER--- God is more impressed with surrender than success--- sometimes the best move to make is a move of humility, a move of repentance, a move of hands raised, a move of apologizing first--- watch AS GOD EXALTS THOSE WHO HUMBLE THEMSELVES…. James 4:6 – he gives grace and favor to the humble, but God opposes the proud…-I must decrease- he must Increase- John 3:30
