We started our journey at 10:00 AM from Mongpong forest bunglow and followed the route damdim tea estate, mal bazaar, chalsa,chapramari forest, jaldapara forest, hasimara, alipurduar, bongaigaon through NH17 , NH27 , NH427 and reached Guwahati around 10:30 PM on a stormy cyclonic night.
