**NOTE - for egg free, brush these croissants with heavy cream rather than the egg wash! ** These are hands-down the BEST Keto Croissants you will ever make! They honestly taste just like the real thing. No exaggerating! These took me SO MUCH trial and error but I'm super proud of them! They are soft, fluffy, buttery and just a touch crispy on the outside. Seriously perfect. These make a perfect low carb breakfast or dessert! I love them served with sugar free strawberry jam and butter.
