As the last video of 2023, I wanted to do a classic Yakuza character analysis, and with Infinite Wealth being right around the corner, it felt right to give someone from Like a Dragon Gaiden one more lasting spotlight.

So today, we will go through the deconstruction of a villain who quickly became an undisputed fan favourite: Shishido Kosei! In order to show why he is deserving of the title "the perfect boss", we will not only thoroughly analyse Shishido, but we will also do a "case study" featuring another prominent final boss with a similar design philosophy, who unfortunately plagued by a flawed execution. RGG Studio keeps growing and improving over time, and I'm glad we got to see a do-over as seamless as the one in Gaiden.
