This is Dr. Gregg Hebeisen from Advanced Health Chiropractic Clinic serving Mounds View, Minnesota and the technique we’re going to be talking about today is good for herniated disks, sciatica and scoliosis. Today, we have Jen and she has scoliosis in her spine. What I mean by that is her spine is not straight like my finger is, but it’s also not flexible.

The goal of this technique called flexion distraction or life biomechanics is just make your spine not only straighter but also more flexible. The technique involves flexing your spine and moving it from side to side and it does this all without gravity through muscles or no pain. How does that feel Jen?
