My workout:

Squats 2 sets of 10 medium weight then 3 sets of 5 heavy weight

straight leg deadlifts 4 sets of 10

Hip thrusts 1 set 10 light and medium weight then 3 sets of 5 heavy weight

Split squats 4 sets of 10

sumo dumbbell squats 3 sets of 15
