This often left us feeling powerless against the mere thought of facing rejection again, which in turn made us unnecessarily fearful and dread human interaction. We started caring way too much about what people think of us and disregarded ourselves in the process.

Because there is no need to ever fear rejection and I'll show you by taking you mentally back to your earliest memories to explore why/how this fear started being part of you as well as defeat it in a much easier way that you might think. 😉
