in this video, we will see, the project on, book binding machine,
Manual systems put pressure, on people, to be correct in all details of, their work at all times, With manual systems, the level of service, is dependent, on individuals.
There are many disadvantages, due to manual interfere, The time required is more, The stress and strain of human is involved, The proper skill and patience is required, Can not possible, for handicapped people, in printing press, and book binding field, book binding is one of the, tedious and difficult task, for this activity skilled labours are required.
So by observing, these problems, we have tried, to develop a simple model, manual book binding machine, the video, is showing the construction of developed model, The developed model is operates manually, as shown in video ,
To handling, the top cover of book, the screw lifer mechanism, is used, in this as per top cover size ,we can do adjustment, as shown in video.
In this mechanism, to clamp, bunch of papers, the clamping arrangement is given, which is very easy to stack the papers .
To apply glue, the rollers arrangement, is given as shown in video,
When we slide the paper bunch on these rollers, the glue will get apply, at bottom of papers , for sliding arrangement we have attached sliders, which will give smooth movement of paper bunch.
To handling the top cover of book, the screw lifer mechanism is used, in this, as per top cover size, we can do adjustment, as shown in video.
By using machine, we can set the standard procedure, also it will help to increase the productivity, of book binding.

The developed model is operates by manually, as shown in video , The machine, we can move easily, from one place, to another, it is very easy to operate, for senior citizen and ladies,
