Hey guys, Ren here! Food and travel are two things I love. I've always enjoyed trying local cuisines and to recommend others to my foodie spots. As such, the idea for this channel came to be when I decided to start recording my travels around southeast in video format. Ren Everywhere is a channel formed from the culmination of my love for travel, my love for food, and my interest in content creation.
As a native to the region, I thought that the channel would be a good source of information for locals looking for the best cuisine and shopping districts, as well as a good introduction for a more international audience looking to understand more about unique local dishes. Foodie and travel videos have always been my source of inspiration and escapism for myself, so I hope that my videos can serve the same purpose for you, whether it be looking for fresh inspirations for the next best place to visit, or for that lull period when you desperately wish for travel.

Petaling Street:
Petaling Street, also known as the Chinatown of KL, is a shopping district with haggling vendors offering a wide variety of goods and apparels, as well as authentic chinese cuisine!
The place is not only home to Chinese restaurants, but streetfood stalls that line the streets in the busy intersection. Whether it be herbal eggs, curry noodles, or durian, Petaling Street has you covered!

The entire stretch of the market area is covered with a green awning shelter to protect the shop owners and visitors from rain and heat. Petaling Street lights up at night with bright neon lights and the whole place thrives with life, energy, happy shoppers and food lovers throughout the day.
